Nail top forms – nail extensions have never been easier!
Nail top forms for shaping nails with polygel, gel or acrylic.
With these forms, your nails will be:

Each box contains 120 forms. Choose the form that perfectly matches your natural nail.
Made of clear and flexible plastic. Can be used many times. After each use, clean (with Cleanse cleaning fluid).
3 different shapes: almond, square, tapered square.
Procedure:
- Prepare natural nails for extensions as usual. Apply base coat to nails;
- Adjust the form to your natural nail (Note: the form should not be smaller than the nail);
- Apply polygel, gel or acrylic to the inner side of the form. Spread evenly with a brush.
- Press the inner side of the form to the nail and make sure there are no air bubbles.
- Hold under UV/LED lamp for 30s. It is recommended to hold not only from above, but also with your hand turned palm up (if using acrylic, wait until the acrylic hardens);
- Carefully remove the form.
- The surface of the nail should be smooth and shiny. If necessary, you can polish the nail with a file/polisher.
- Fine the free edge of the nail with a file.
- Coat your nails with colored regular or gel polish.
